The philosophy behind MacLeod Home Services is that residential customers should be able to enjoy the advantages of corporate buying power; cost and quality of service delivery are closely monitored by larger companies and we would like to bring the benefits of this to individuals.

The practical application of this is reflected in our service delivery promises which are outlined below:

• All quotes are free and without obligation. We don’t have business development managers for domestic works since commission and ‘on target earnings’ move the focus from service delivery to sales targets which conflicts with our service principle.
• We will agree the work to be carried out with you and the price we quote is the price you pay.
• Payment is due after the trades person has left your home, not before or during the visit. We believe that it’s easier to raise an issue of dissatisfaction when it’s possible source isn’t standing beside you and we’ll address any issues you have before payment is processed. If our corrective action fails to meet your expectations, we will naturally waive any payment request.
• Our service will be delivered at a time which suits you.
